Is a great way to get some insight for your companion pet if you think something is off about them. Each telehealth call pertains to one pet at each allotted appointment time. THIS IS NOT FOR EMERGENCY CASES.

Oftentimes, this is a starting place to get advice especially if you can’t get into your regular vet’s office. There will be times that I will still recommend that you see your vet.

Telehealth does not replace the need to physically go to the vet’s office for your pet’s annual exams. It can be a forum to ask questions via text, phone, or video chat.

It is illegal in most states for a vet to diagnose and prescribe medications on telehealth unless a vet-client-patient relationship (VCPR) has been established within that calendar year.

In the case that you have been seen by me for a particular patient, I will be more than happy to oblige depending on what is going on.

On the other hand, if you want an in depth discussion about a case and have not been seen physically, there will be an area to upload any pertinent medical records to be reviewed and next steps discussed. Telehealth is also a good way to get consultations on nutrition, exercise, and/or supplements.
